Schedule It Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Schedule It website (scheduleit.blkmagick.app) and the Schedule It Shopify application, operated by BLK Magick Apps. By accessing or using Schedule It, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

What Schedule It Does

Schedule It provides automation and scheduling tools for Shopify merchants, including:

• Scheduled price changes by percent or fixed amount
• Timed product publish and unpublish
• Stacked discount scheduling with auto-expiry
• Inventory adjustments on a schedule
• Variant enable/disable scheduling
• Scheduled theme switching with auto-revert
• Announcement bar scheduling without theme code
• Metafield updates and product tag automation
• Multi-action automation sequences and reusable templates

Feature availability, limits, and quotas depend on your active plan.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to operate the Shopify store connected to Schedule It. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Merchant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing scheduled actions before they execute
• Ensuring pricing, discount, and inventory changes comply with applicable laws
• Maintaining lawful rights to data and content processed through the app
• Keeping your Shopify account and admin access secure

BLK Magick Apps is not responsible for unintended outcomes caused by misconfiguration, incorrect scheduling, or actions taken without review.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Schedule It to:

• Automate actions that violate Shopify's API Terms or Partner Program Agreement
• Engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other stores or systems

Billing and Subscriptions

• Billing is managed through Shopify's billing system
• Plan pricing and feature limits are as described in the Shopify App Store listing
• Access to paid features may be suspended if billing becomes inactive or unpaid
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's App Store refund policies

Execution and Reliability

Schedule It uses retry logic (up to 20 attempts) and sends email alerts on failure. However, we do not guarantee execution within a specific second of the scheduled time, successful execution in all cases (e.g., Shopify API downtime, rate limits, deleted products), or continuous uninterrupted operation.

We recommend reviewing execution logs after critical automations run.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Execution outcomes may be affected by Shopify platform availability, API behavior, network conditions, and merchant configuration.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLK Magick Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Schedule It at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unpaid billing obligations, legal requirements, or security concerns.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content comprising Schedule It are the property of BLK Magick Apps. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the service without prior written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
