What is Schedule It?

Schedule It is a Shopify app that runs store changes on a timer. You plan sales, product and theme publishing, discounts, announcements, and password locks in advance, and they run at the exact time you set, in your store's timezone.

What can I schedule?

Sales and product price changes, product publish and unpublish, theme publish, discount codes including stacked codes, inventory updates, product tags, a storefront announcement bar, and password locks on any product, collection, or page.

What does automatic revert mean?

When you give an automation an end time, Schedule It returns prices, themes, and announcements to their previous state automatically when the window closes. You are never left with a sale that should have ended hours ago.

How do I install and open the app?

Install Schedule It from the Shopify App Store. It runs inside your Shopify admin, so you create and manage everything from there. There is no separate login.

Do the storefront features need theme code?

No. The announcement bar and the password lock gate render through the Schedule It app embed. Enable the embed once in your theme editor under App embeds, and there is no code to edit.

How much does it cost?

Schedule It has a Free plan plus Starter, Growth, and Pro tiers, available monthly or yearly, each with a 14-day free trial. Pro includes unlimited events; on Starter and Growth, actions beyond your monthly allowance are $5 per 1,000. See current pricing in the app under Settings, then Billing.

What counts as an event?

Each scheduled action that runs counts as one event. An automatic revert counts as its own event. Failed retries are not counted more than once.

Does it handle timezones correctly?

Yes. Scheduling runs in your store's own timezone, so a time you set is the time it fires, including across daylight saving changes.

What happens to my schedules if I uninstall?

Your scheduled events and locks stop running, and the app cleans up the metafields it added to your storefront. See the Privacy page for what data is kept and for how long.

How do I get help?
